Website redesign services. A better site, without losing what already works.

Our website redesign services are for businesses whose site looks dated, loads slowly or simply does not bring in customers anymore. We rebuild it around what your customers search for, make it fast on every device and keep every old link working, so the rankings you have earned come along.

Signs

Your site probably needs a redesign if

  • It gets visitors, but few of them get in touch.
  • It is hard to use on a phone, or takes seconds to load.
  • It describes the business you were five years ago.
  • Google barely shows it for the searches that matter to you.
  • Every change means waiting for someone, or fighting a page builder.
  • You avoid sending the link to prospects.

A fresh look fixes the last point. The other five need a redesign that goes deeper than the colors: structure, content, speed and search. That is the kind of redesign we do.

Approach

A redesign agency that starts with the data. Not with a moodboard.

Most redesigns begin with how the new site should look. Ours begin with what the old site is actually doing, and what your customers are actually searching for. The design follows from that, and it still gets the attention it deserves: a site that looks like it belongs to a serious business.

  1. Audit what you already have

Which pages bring visitors, which ones rank, which ones convert, and which ones nobody has opened in two years. A redesign starts with knowing what is worth keeping.

  2. Research what customers search for

The old site was structured around how the business saw itself. The new one is structured around what customers type into Google. That usually means new pages, merged pages and a few retired ones.

  3. Map every old URL

Every page that has links or rankings gets a destination on the new site before anything is built. Nothing is left to return a 404 on launch day.

  4. Design and build

A new visual identity for the web, built mobile first and fast. You see the design early and give feedback before development starts.

  5. Launch and watch

Redirects go live with the site. We check Search Console, crawl the new site and follow traffic in the weeks after launch, so problems are fixed while they are small.

Proof

Redesigns that paid off

A US grant consultancy had a good-looking site that Google could barely read. A Danish window cleaning company needed a professional look and easier booking. Different starting points, same principle: the site has to do a job.

Keep rankings

The part most website redesign services skip

A redesign is the single most common way businesses lose search traffic they spent years building. The cause is almost always the same: URLs change, old pages vanish and nobody tells Google where things went.

We treat the move as part of the project, not an afterthought. Every page with rankings or links is mapped to a new home and redirected on launch day. When Simply Solutions moved to their new site, every old link kept working. If you are also leaving WordPress for a static site, see our page on WordPress to static site migration.

Included

What you get

  • An audit of the current site: traffic, rankings, conversions and technical issues.
  • A new page structure based on keyword research for your market.
  • A custom design, built mobile first and tested on real devices.
  • A fast build that aims for top scores in Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse.
  • Redirects and migration so no link and no ranking is left behind.
  • Hosting and maintenance after launch if you want it, month to month.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is it time to redesign a website?

When the site no longer brings in the enquiries it should, when it is slow or awkward on a phone, when it no longer matches what the business does, or when every small change is a struggle. Age alone is not a reason. Results are.

Will a website redesign hurt my Google rankings?

It can, if old URLs disappear without redirects or if pages that rank are removed. Done properly, with a URL map, redirects and content that carries over, a redesign should keep existing rankings and give you a better base to grow from.

How long does a website redesign take?

A small business site of 5-20 pages typically takes a few weeks to a couple of months, depending mostly on how quickly content and feedback come in. Larger sites with many templates or integrations take longer.

How much does a website redesign cost?

It depends on scope, and published market ranges are wide. We collected them in our guide to website design cost, including a section on redesign cost.

Can you redesign my site if you did not build it?

Yes. Most redesigns we do start from a site someone else built. We need access to the current site, your analytics and Search Console if you have them, and your domain settings when it is time to launch.

Do you work with clients outside Denmark?

Yes. We are a small studio in Denmark and work remotely with clients in the US, the UK and Europe. Simply Solutions in Columbus, Ohio is one of them.
